Customer Service Specialist
Requirements:
1. Provide feedback on Call Quality and coach the agents for better performance;
2. Identifying and driving process improvements at process level;
3. SOP Management including sharing and tracking process updates;
4. Conducting knowledge refresher tests for the team;
5. Act as liaison between operations and training functions from knowledge dissemination perspective;
6. Proficient in planning and organizing resource forecast;
7. Support operations in achieving and maintaining customer-oriented service level targets;
8. To maintain a good customer relationship with business partner;
9. To prepare training performance report/ dashboards;
10. Willing to and excel at driving the team to have the better performance in terms of productivity and accuracy;
Competence / Skills Requirement:
1. Self-driven, aggressive with good interpersonal skills, splendid skill in coaching and motivating talents;
2. Result-oriented and self-motivated with demanded desire to success;
3. Excellent Hong Kong Cantonese speaking skills, Good command of English in oral and written; - Related insurance domain knowledge is a must

上班时间:
1. 五天8小时,9:00-18:00;
2. 双休,每周保证2天休息时间。
上班地点:
佛山市南海区深海路瀚天科技城A区8号楼环保科技大楼6楼
乘车路线:乘坐广佛地铁南桂路B出口,于公交南海万科广场站乘坐桂07,桂20,临8到深海南路,前行50米进入瀚天科技城园区。
公司提供免费班车接送上下班
(南海区内班车路线:公司--城市广场--沃尔玛--南海广场)
(南海至广州班车路线:公司--坑口地铁站)
薪资:
基本工资+绩效奖金+六险一金+13薪年终奖
=3000-4000元(英文能力非常突出,薪酬可以达到4000以上)
